2000 Croft Vintage Port

Decant: Not Known - Firm red colour with a purple rim. Youthful, exuberant blackcurrant nose; very pronounced. Firm tannins dominate the entry, but they are dry and assertive. Blueberry and blackcurrant fruit comes on the second wave of flavours. Nice medium density with lots of attractive lavender. This is still in its enjoyable youthful phase. 86 points
