2011 Sandeman Vintage Port

Decant: 1-4 days - Another port with a hint of petrol on the nose, but this one full of minerals and schist mixed in with the sour cherries. Silky texture with a great balance. A touch austere with huge tannins that grab the mouth and don't let go until the end of a cheek punishing finish of unbelievable length that has a slight greeness to it. A very long lived port. 92-94. 92 points
