Decant: Not Known - From a double magnum. Deep intense red; opaque. Nosing of sweet raspberry and crushed nettles. Lovely fruit on the impact, balanced but quite powerful tannins on the palate supporting a lovely fruit-driven port. Delicious and sweet, the ripe fruit is all over the palate. Lovely, supple and still just showing primary fruit characteristics. 88 points
