Ivan,

Welcome to FTLOP. An interesting first post. Where do you live, whats your full name (a registration requirement), what are you asking for the bottle, and can you post a pic here. Thanks

Sorry Ivan.

There is a protocol and first time posters can not start off by trying to sell their products here commerically or even privately unless they have gone through the entire registration process.

An introduction would be nice too. Want to try again?

I hope you will want to join our community of Port, Madeira and Douro wine lovers and enjoy the website and Forum. In doing so, once folks have some knowledge as to your intentions ... you will be free to post in this particular section. Thanks for your cooperation.

Hi Roy,

Right, so please guide this first-time user. I have added details to my profile, but I feel that something additional is required? Intentions.., I have decided to expand my knowledge of wine into Port as well, so I thought this forum was quite exiting. I also ´had the impression that the marketplace was free to use for any interested parties...

Thank you for joining us. You ARE welcome to be here and you may post in this area, but we highly recommend you allow the folks to get to know you a little bit before you make your very first post, trying to sell an old bottle of Port which raises suspicions right away from a first time poster.

Anyway, I hope you will enjoy being here and learning right alongside the rest of us. Please do feel free to explore the site and get to know your way around.

Best regards,

Roy

Hi Ivan,
Welcome. Always good to hear from another Port enthusiast. I'm still a beginner on the knowledge side of things, but I can assure you its a great site to learn and share. If your already an expierienced aficionado, I'm sure you'll quickly grasp your amongst several of your peers. Wish I was one of them.
When it comes to selling things straight off, look at my Post on the FBI Inquiry. I'm sure your a person of impecable standing, but I'd rather not deal with a complete stranger, when I can deal with friend or aquaintance, that I'm sure you'll become.
