2011 Vieira de Sousa vintage port

Decanted 6 hrs. Deep dark red/purple colour. Very fresh fruity aroma with some hints of berries and wood, and also some minerals and wet old cellar. Full to medium body. Elegant, powerful, a lot of berries, quite rough towards the end. Some acidity. Long aftertaste. This vintage port has a significant backbone all the way. 92 pts.
