Place: COWI building in Århus - Quevedo tasting
Condition: Served at around 14 degrees Celsius
Color: Opaque, deep red color
Nose: Perfumed scent of raspberries and cherries
Note:
Decant time unknown. Medium body with very grippy tannins that currently overpowers the fruit flavours in an uncharming way. This just did not taste right for my liking, while the aromas were spot on.
Info: This was part of a tasting session with Oscar Quevedo. Time for making elaborate taste notes was scarce.
