TN: 2010 Bulas Grande Reserva Douro red

Purchased in Denmark. A step up from the Bulas Reserva which I have previously posted TN. Decanted 2 hrs. Medium red colour. Appealing subdued aroma of berries and some oak/minerals in the background. Medium body. Taste had a nice start dominated by berries, with some oak and minerals. Distinct tannins. Taste is dry towards the end. A bit weak “personality” and missing something in the structure of the wine. Short to medium aftertaste. 88 pts.

Official retail price in Denmark is USD 24.50 per bottle, but I think you can get it for a price under USD 20 per bottle.
