TN: 2010 Pintas (Wine & Soul) Douro red

Decanted 4 hrs. Cork in perfect condition. Some small sediments. Delicious and powerful aroma of oak, berries and herbs and with a touch of anis. Medium to full body. Both the structure and the sweetness/acidity-balances are wonderful. Powerful and super elegant showing berries, oak and minerals. Long aftertaste with a hint of dryness. Highest score ever for a Pintas Douro red. 96 pts.
