2005 Quinta de Ventozelo Vintage Port

Slight menthol on the nose. Almost impenetrable dark ink with dark purple grape juice color on the edges. Arresting tannins on the approach, followed by big tannins on the mid-palate and lush blackberry and plum. Long finish. 90 points. 11/6/07
