A wine that did shine at the end of the evening. Served after some blockbusters like Pavie 2005 and Mouton 2003 this wine was so refreshing and displaying pure fruit flavours and lots of garden fresh spices with sharp acidity that he made itself a place at the table without any complex.
Ok it is not Mouton nor Pavie, but it has a great style, or should I say, living wine on the palate as this wine is well alive. I think I'm getting bored of drinking young Bordeaux that lacks acidity, so this wine brought me some enjoyment after those fat *** :)
