TN: 2005 Quinta da Touriga-Cha
On opening, this wine was very tight, and it definitely needed some time in the decanter to come together. But once it did, it was wonderful. Dense nose with typical Douro spice and eucalyptus freshness. Full bodied, with lots of dark fruit, vanilla and dried herbs. Young and tannic, but very enjoyable now, especially with food. Powerful, well-balanced and very nice. 91 points
