1944 Royal Oporto Colheita (bottled 2002)
A golden tea with the very edge showing some yellow. Maple, mocha, and some heat dominating the nose. A complex palate of orange peel, mahogany, toffee, and some sweetness that was followed up by a long enjoyable finish. 92 points.
