This one is tough. Can't put my finger one it.
Nice berry aroma, dark red color. First sip; fruity, but not overwhelming. Somewhat grapey. Kind of dissapointed. Waited a few moments, tried again. Same result. Slightly sweet? Check. Slightly fruity? Check. Slightly, slightly, slightly. Doesn't feel full. Tannins seems fine.
I went on to try others, then came back. I liked the 1996 version and am a big fan of Graham's, so I wanted a second go around. Liked it better the second trip. Got a sense of more fruit (which I dig). Bit longer aftertaste. Since I had the much better Graham's 2003 before it, maybe this was an unfair comparison.
Probably needs more time. The 1996 was better and I tried that last year.
