2005 Croft Quinta da Roeda Vintage Port

Post by Marco D. »

Full bodied, rich and succulent. Somewhat like falling into an bottomless pit of freshly mashed ripe plums. A bit of unintegrated spirit, but this performed much better with some extended decanting. Lengthy finish. (93 points)

Thanks for this note Marco. By the way, how many days did you spend with this particular bottle? From what I remember of my 2005 Roeda, on day 3 or 4 it was so much better than when I first opened it.

Hmmmm... that was months ago. As I recall, it was probably about 3 days.
